The Summer Bridge Program provides an opportunity for incoming freshmen to get a head start and refresh their knowledge before the fall semester begins.  Students participate in a two-week program designed to improve college readiness, study skills, time management, and digital literacy skills.  The program also introduces students to a variety of support systems at SouthArk in preparation for fall classes. The student will register in advance through the Adult Education Department.

During this program you will:

• Learn about support services at SouthArk.
• Understand the structure of college courses and syllabi.
• Improve digital literacy, financial literacy, study skills, and time management.
• Develop a social network for students taking the course.
