Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work on a full-time basis in the U.S.

Pays for tuition, gas vouchers, transportation costs (tires, battery, CADC transportation), and child care. Upon successful program completion participant may apply for assistance to obtain workwear necessary for the job such as uniforms, steel toe boots, prescription safety glasses, and other required work wear.

Students must maintain a passing level of completion at each assessment on schedule, as determined by the course's guidelines and instructor's approval.
William Jammillous (Jay) Terry Scholarship*

Graduate of either Junction City High School or Spearsville High School

Must be seeking a degree in a computer-related field or health sciences field

Enrolled in health sciences technology, auto service technology, welding, industrial technology, process technology, criminal justice, information and business technology, or cosmetology

Enrolled in at least six (6) hours each semester at SouthArk

Copy of high school transcript submitted with completed scholarship application

Letter of recommendation from high school counselor or SouthArk instructor

$250 per semester, with a maximum duration of two consecutive semesters

Pays for tuition, fees, and/or textbooks

Completion of six (6) hours each semester

Graduate of a Union County high school

First-time entering college student

Minimum 2.5 GPA on high school coursework

Enrolled in at least twelve (12) hours each semester

Two (2) letters of recommendation, one from a high school counselor or high school teacher and one from a member of the community, documenting evidence of a desire to pursue an education

Demonstrate financial need

$500 each semester, based on availability of funds

Pays for tuition, fees, and/or textbooks
