  1. The College Bookstore will stock all required textbooks and supplies to support the College’s programs.

      1. All requests for textbooks and supplies must be approved in writing by the instructor and the Chief Academic Officer or designee, using the textbook adoption form.

      2. The College will also stock computer disks, writing tablets, pencils, pens, paper, and other supplies for the convenience of students
  2. Faculty members may change required textbooks or supply lists with the approval of the Chief Academic Officer.

      1. All textbook changes should be requested at least one semester of use in advance of the change to avoid excessive inventory.

      2. If the edition of a book that is in use is changed, the faculty member should consult with the Chief Academic Officer or designee to make the change with as little disruption of the instructional program as possible and to assure that the bookstore does not have a large obsolete inventory.
