Brandy Hubbard of El Dorado, an accounting major at South Arkansas Community College, has accepted an E.W. Pickering Endowed Scholarship to attend the school this fall.
She is a 2016 graduate of El Dorado High School.
The scholarship is provided through the SouthArk Foundation.
