South Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, 9-month position as a Math Instructor for the 2020-21 Academic year, beginning in Fall 2020. This person will teach courses in college-level math, technical math, and developmental math. Other responsibilities of the position include assisting in advising, recruiting, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics, strong interpersonal and teaching skills; a willingness to develop and teach online courses, good communication and computer skills, a student-centered philosophy, excellent organization skills, a willingness to teach in SouthArk’s concurrent enrollment program at area high schools, and experience teaching in a higher education setting with non-traditional students.
