Required Qualifications: Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the subject area, strong interpersonal and teaching skills; a willingness to teach online/hybrid courses, good communication and computer skills, a student-centered philosophy, excellent organization skills, a willingness to teach in SouthArk’s concurrent enrollment program at area high schools, and experience teaching in a higher education setting with non-traditional students
