Brilee Espinoza, from Boswell High School and rising star of the Six Shooter Basketball Club, has signed her National Letter of Intent to join the South Arkansas College Stars women’s basketball program for the 2025–26 season.
Espinoza, a 2024 graduate of Boswell High, made her mark on the court with her leadership, court vision, and defensive intensity. Under the mentorship of Six Shooter coach Evan Gerhardt, she caught the attention of junior college scouts across the region.
South Arkansas College Head Coach, John Thomas Ryan, who joined the program this season, expressed enthusiasm about adding Espinoza to the roster.
“Brilee brings a level of energy, leadership, and basketball IQ that fits exactly what we’re building here,” Coach Ryan said. “I’m looking forward to seeing her thrive in our system.”
Espinoza officially begins her collegiate journey in August, when the Stars begin classes in El Dorado, Arkansas. Her addition to the roster is expected to provide a boost to a team aiming to build on a winning 2024–25 campaign.
