The program is designed for students who are seeking careers in criminal justice or currently are working in the field and seeking advancement. Students have the opportunity to graduate with two-year associate’s degrees in criminal justice administration certificate of proficiency in criminal justice, which requires successful completion of three three-credit courses for a total of nine credit hours.

With additional education and-or experience, graduates may pursue careers as Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents; bailiffs, Central Intelligence Agency agents, Coast Guard officers, compliance officers, corrections officers, court clerks, court reporters, crime scene investigators, criminalists, criminologists, customs agents, Drug Enforcement Agency agents, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents, forensic psychologists, forensic scientists, Immigration and Naturalization Service agents, paralegals, private investigators, private security, probation officers, Secret Service agents, or United States Marshals—among many others!
