Shelby Belin of Hampton, a nursing major at South Arkansas Community College, has accepted a Cornerstone General Endowed Scholarship to attend the school this fall.
She is the daughter of Steve and Krista Belin.
The scholarship is funded through the SouthArk Foundation.
